  • 30 mlLemon juice
  • 30 mlOlive oil

  • 160 gBell pepper
  • 160 gCarrot
  • 200 gTomato
  • 120 gRadish

Instructions

    Blend the hummus

    • Rinse and drain chickpeas
    • Peel the garlic
    • Blend until very smooth
    • Season with lemon juice, salt, and cumin
    • Loosen with a little water if needed

    Cut the vegetables

    • Wash cucumbers and cut into sticks
    • Wash bell pepper and slice into strips
    • Peel carrots and cut into sticks
    • Wash cherry tomatoes
    • Wash radishes and halve them
    • Peel onion and slice into thin wedges

    Assemble the platter

    • Spread hummus into a bowl
    • Arrange vegetables around it
    • Scatter olives and feta on top
    • Drizzle with olive oil
    • Finish with herbs and pepper
    • Serve with lemon wedges
