  • 1 cloveGarlic

    Prepare the filling

    • Wash the spinach and drain well
    • Finely dice the onion
    • Finely chop the garlic
    • Slice the olives into rings
    • Crumble the feta

    Sauté the spinach

    • Heat the oil in a pan
    • Sauté the onion until translucent
    • Briefly fry the garlic
    • Add the spinach and wilt
    • Season with oregano, pepper, and salt
    • Stir in the olives
    • Let the filling cool briefly

    Mix the eggs

    • Whisk the eggs in a bowl
    • Stir in the milk
    • Season with salt and pepper

    • Heat a nonstick pan
    • Pour in the egg mixture and reduce the heat

    • Gently shake the pan to prevent sticking

    • Roll the omelet up tightly
