- 400 mlMilk

Mix the base
- Combine oats, milk, chia seeds and honey in a jar or bowl.
- Stir well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Fold in fruit
- Slice the banana.
- Gently fold the banana and berries into the oat mixture.

Let it rest
- Cover the jar or bowl with a lid or cling film.
- Let it rest in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours).

Serve
- Take the overnight oats out of the fridge in the morning.
- Top with nuts or seeds as desired and serve.
