Ingredients

  • 200 gOat flakes
  • 400 mlMilk
  • 2 tbspChia seeds
  • 2 tbspHoney
  • 1 pcsBanana
  • 100 gBerry
  • 40 gNut

Instructions

    Mix the base

    • Combine oats, milk, chia seeds and honey in a jar or bowl.
    • Stir well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

    Fold in fruit

    • Slice the banana.
    • Gently fold the banana and berries into the oat mixture.
  3. 3

    Let it rest

    • Cover the jar or bowl with a lid or cling film.
    • Let it rest in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  4. 4

    Serve

    • Take the overnight oats out of the fridge in the morning.
    • Top with nuts or seeds as desired and serve.
