- 250 mlMilk
- 150 gFlour
- 3 pcsEgg
- 1 pinchSalt
- 5 mlRum
- 50 mlMineral water
- 5 mlOil

Prepare the batter
- Combine the flour and milk in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the salt and optional rum.
- Optional: For a lighter batter, whisk in a little sparkling mineral water until you reach a thin, pourable consistency.

Prepare the pan
- Heat a non-stick frying pan well.
- Add a drop of oil and spread it thinly over the pan with a kitchen towel.

Fry the crepes
- Ladle a small amount of batter into the hot pan and tilt the pan so the batter spreads thinly and evenly.
- Cook about 45–60 seconds until the top looks matte and nearly dry.
- Flip and brown the other side for about 20–30 seconds.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, adding a little oil if needed.

- Serve warm with jam, sugar and lemon, or savory with quark/cheese or ham.
- Fill, roll or fold the crepes as desired and serve immediately.
