  • 150 gTuna
  • 1 pcsOnion
  • 2 cloveGarlic

  • 0.5 tspPepper
  • 20 gParmesan

Instructions

    Cook pasta

    • Bring water to a boil
    • Salt the water
    • Cook pasta until al dente
    • Drain and reserve a little cooking water

    Sauté aromatics

    • Finely dice the onion
    • Chop the garlic
    • Sauté in oil until translucent

    Simmer sauce

    • Add tomatoes
    • Season with herbs
    • Simmer gently
    • Season with pepper

    Stir in tuna

    • Drain the tuna
    • Add to the sauce
    • Warm through briefly

    Combine and serve

    • Toss pasta with sauce
    • Loosen with a little pasta water
    • Sprinkle with cheese
