  • 500 gGorgonzola
  • 1 tspOlive oil
  • 150 gRicotta
  • 1 gHerbs
  • 1 gNutmeg
  • 1 pcsLemon zest
  • 200 mlMilk
  • 400 gPenne
  • 3000 mlWater

Instructions

    Cook the pasta

    • Bring a large pot of water to a boil and season lightly with salt.
    • Cook penne according to package instructions until al dente.

    Make the sauce

    • Put a few drops of olive oil in a small saucepan over very low heat.
    • Crumble the Gorgonzola into the pan and let it melt slowly.
    • Add the ricotta and stir until smooth and creamy.

    Finish the sauce

    • If the sauce is too thick, stir in a little milk and heat briefly until the desired consistency is reached.
    • Grate in nutmeg, add mixed herbs and lemon zest, and let rest briefly.

    Serve

    • Drain the pasta well and transfer to a large bowl.
    • Add the Gorgonzola sauce and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
    • Serve immediately.
