  • 1.25 gSalt
  • 167 gSpaghetti
  • 246 gTomato
  • 300 gCucumber
  • 55 gOnion
  • 15 mlOlive oil
  • 60 gTomato sauce

Instructions

    Prepare

    • Roughly chop the tomatoes and cucumber, finely chop the onion.
    • Bring 2 liters of water to a boil in a large pot.

    Cook pasta

    • Add salt to the boiling water.
    • Add spaghetti to the boiling water and cook for 4 minutes.

    Finish with vegetables

    • Add chopped tomatoes and cucumber to the boiling pasta.
    • Boil for another 5 minutes until pasta is cooked and vegetables are slightly tender.

    Drain and mix

    • Drain pasta and vegetables well in a colander.
    • Add butter or oil and mix, then stir in the chopped onion.

    Season and serve

    • Stir in tomato sauce or ketchup, taste and serve immediately.
