Preparation
- Toast 2 slices of bread until golden brown. Lightly butter the toasted slices.
- Mix the peanut butter, honey and the remaining butter until spreadable. Spread this mixture on one toast slice.
- Spread the jam evenly on the other toast slice.
- Put the two halves together and cut the sandwich in half.
- Serve the sandwich with a glass of very cold milk.
