  • 680 gChicken breast
  • 240 mlMayonnaise
  • 240 mlSour cream
  • 110 gCheddar
  • 140 gCracker
  • 27 gPoppy seed
  • 113 gButter

    Prepare

    • Preheat the oven to 175 °C (350 °F).
    • Cook the chicken breasts if not already done and dice them.

    Assemble

    • Stir mayonnaise and sour cream together until smooth.
    • Mix in the diced chicken and spread evenly in a casserole dish (approx. 23x33 cm).
    • Sprinkle grated cheddar over the chicken.
    • Spread crushed crackers on top, then sprinkle poppy seeds over them.

    • Pour melted butter evenly over the top.
    • Bake at 175 °C (350 °F) for about 25 minutes until golden and crisp on top.
    • Let cool briefly and serve warm.
