  • 200 mlCream
  • 20 gClarified butter
  • 20 gButter

    • Clean mushrooms and slice
    • Peel and finely dice onion
    • Peel and finely chop garlic
    • Drain green beans
    • Pat schnitzels dry

    • Render bacon in a pan
    • Add beans and sauté until well browned
    • Season with salt and pepper
    • Keep warm
