  • 250 gPassata
  • 150 gBell pepper
  • 15 gChili
  • 3 gGarlic
  • 5 mlSherry vinegar
  • 20 mlLime juice
  • 4 pcsIce cube

    Preparation

    • Put the passata, red pepper, red chilli, garlic, sherry vinegar and lime juice into a blender (or use a stick blender).
    • Blend until smooth, season to taste with salt and pepper.
    • Chill if desired and serve with ice cubes.
