  • 400 mlMilk
  • 250 gStrawberry
  • 20 gAlmond
  • 20 gHoney
  • 1 tspCinnamon
  • 1 tspSalt

    Rinse quinoa

    • Place quinoa in a fine sieve
    • Rinse thoroughly under cold water
    • Drain well

    • Heat protein milk in a small pot
    • Stir in quinoa and bring to a boil
    • Reduce heat and simmer gently with the lid on
    • Stir occasionally until the liquid is absorbed
    • Remove from heat and let it steam briefly

    • Wash strawberries
    • Remove the stems
    • Slice strawberries

    • Spoon quinoa into bowls
    • Top with strawberries
