- 30 mlApple cider vinegar
- 30 gSpice mix
- 1 pcsRosemary
- 20 gGarlic

Preparation
- Generously brush the pork with cider vinegar (about 30 ml).
- Apply the chop rub (about 30 g), pressing it onto the meat so it sticks.
- Lightly coat with non-stick spray or rub with about 5 ml neutral oil.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour (longer for more flavor).

Arrange in roasting pan
- Place a sprig of rosemary in the center of the roasting pan and arrange the peeled garlic cloves (about 20 g) in a circle around it.
- Place the prepared pork on top. Optionally make small slits and insert rosemary/garlic for stronger flavor.

Roast
- Insert an oven-safe probe thermometer into the center of the roast.
- Roast at 190°C (375°F) until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F), about 50–70 minutes depending on size.
- Remove and let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
