  • 120 gCiabatta roll

    • Cut the breakfast sausages into small pieces.
    • Fry the sausage pieces in a pan over medium heat until cooked through and lightly browned. Drain excess grease if needed.

    • Stir until the egg is set and no liquid remains.
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
