Ingredients
- 920 gPork chop
- 15 mlOlive oil
- 40 gApple
- 30 mlApple cider vinegar
- 120 mlWhite wine
- 60 mlWorcestershire sauce
- 25 gBrown sugar
- 10 gSalt
- 2 gPepper
- 2 gBell pepper
- 2 gGarlic powder
- 2 gOnion powder

Preparation & Rub
- Mix the rub (dry spice mix) in a small bowl.
- Brush chops with olive oil and coat evenly with the rub. Set aside.

Searing
- Heat a large stainless steel or cast-iron skillet over high heat until very hot.
- Add chops in batches and sear 2–3 minutes per side until well browned and slightly charred.
- Remove chops and set aside.

Deglaze
- Return pan to heat and deglaze with white wine, scraping up browned bits.
- Pour wine into a bowl and reserve.

Layer in slow cooker
- Place dried apple rings in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Place chops on top.
- Drizzle apple cider vinegar, reserved wine, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar over the chops and apples.
- Cover.

Cook
- Cook on low for 7–8 hours until meat is very tender.
- Optional: For extra color, open cooker in the last 20–30 minutes and increase heat briefly if your cooker allows.

Reduce sauce & serve
- Transfer apples and chops with cooking liquid to a large saucepan.
- Boil the liquid over high heat until reduced by about half and slightly syrupy.
- Pour reduced sauce back over the chops and serve warm.
