- 150 gOnion
- 6 gGarlic
- 40 gSoy chunks
- 80 gLentil
- 250 gBroccoli
- 10 gPeanut
- 8 gNutritional yeast

- 1 gCaraway

- 500 mlWater

Preparation
- Warm a pot large enough to hold all ingredients over medium heat.
- Peel and chop the onion and garlic.

Sauté
- Add the oil to the pot.
- Add onion and garlic and sauté for 2–3 minutes until translucent.

Add ingredients
- Stir in soy chunks, red lentils, frozen broccoli and peanuts.

Season
- Season generously with black pepper, turmeric, chili flakes, caraway and ginger. Mix well.

Simmer
- Pour in boiling water (about 500 ml) to cover the ingredients.
- Simmer for 5–8 minutes until lentils are tender.
