  • 5 mlOlive oil
  • 150 gOnion
  • 6 gGarlic
  • 40 gSoy chunks
  • 80 gLentil
  • 250 gBroccoli
  • 10 gPeanut
  • 8 gNutritional yeast
  • 1 gPepper
  • 2 gTurmeric
  • 1 gChili
  • 1 gCaraway
  • 2 gGinger
  • 500 mlWater

Instructions

    Preparation

    • Warm a pot large enough to hold all ingredients over medium heat.
    • Peel and chop the onion and garlic.

    Sauté

    • Add the oil to the pot.
    • Add onion and garlic and sauté for 2–3 minutes until translucent.

    Add ingredients

    • Stir in soy chunks, red lentils, frozen broccoli and peanuts.

    Season

    • Season generously with black pepper, turmeric, chili flakes, caraway and ginger. Mix well.

    Simmer

    • Pour in boiling water (about 500 ml) to cover the ingredients.
    • Simmer for 5–8 minutes until lentils are tender.

    Serve

    • Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
