  • 3 gSalt
  • 0.5 gPepper
  • 10 gMustard
  • 30 gLemon juice
  • 2 gLemon zest
  • 82.8 gOlive oil
  • 6 gBasil
  • 8 gRosemary
  • 7 gOregano
  • 8 gParsley
  • 7 gMarjoram
  • 5 gHot sauce
  • 15 gWorcestershire sauce
  • 75 gFeta

Instructions

    Make the dressing

    • Combine juice, zest, Dijon mustard, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
    • While whisking vigorously, slowly stream in the olive oil until the dressing is emulsified.
    • Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

    Assemble the salad

    • Combine drained tuna and chopped herbs in a large bowl.
    • Add the dressing and toss gently to coat evenly.
    • Sprinkle crumbled feta on top before serving.
