- 15 gChili sauce

Prepare and Mix
- Coarsely mash the cooked, still-warm potatoes.
- Drain the tuna and flake with a fork.
- Add corn, thawed peas, chopped cooked carrots, chopped herbs, chili sauce, beaten egg, salt and pepper to the potato and tuna mixture.
- Mix well until you have a uniform, shapeable mixture. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Shape and Coat
- Shape the mixture into patties (about 8–12 depending on size).
- Gently roll each patty in breadcrumbs until evenly coated.

Cook (Oven / Grill / Pan)
- Oven: Place patties on a baking tray and bake at 200 °C for 30–35 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.
- Grill: Place under a hot grill and cook 8–10 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Pan: Heat a small amount of oil in a large frying pan and fry patties ~5 minutes per side until golden; drain on paper towel and keep warm.
