  • 240 mlMilk
  • 560 gNoodle
  • 290 gPea
  • 595 gMushroom cream soup
  • 15 gBreadcrumbs
  • 14 gButter
  • 3 gOnion
  • 2.5 mlHot sauce
  • 100 gCheese

    Prepare

    • Preheat oven to 200 °C (convection ~180 °C).
    • Flake the drained tuna into a large (about 3‑liter) casserole dish.
    • Stir in milk, hot cooked noodles, frozen peas and the condensed cream of mushroom soup. Add dried minced onion and optional hot sauce.
    • Mix everything evenly.

    Bake & Finish

    • Bake the casserole for 25–30 minutes, until heated through.
    • Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter, or prepare grated/sliced cheese for topping.
    • Remove casserole from oven, sprinkle with breadcrumb‑butter mixture or cover with cheese.
    • Bake another 5 minutes until golden or cheese is melted.
    • Let rest briefly and serve warm.
