Ingredients

  • 720 gTortilla
  • 170 gTomato paste
  • 170 gOlives
  • 600 gTurkey breast

    Preparation

    • Halve the olives.
    • Cut the turkey into ¾-inch (about 2 cm) pieces.
    • Preheat the oven to 175 °C (350 °F).

    Mix filling

    • Stir tomato paste and halved olives together in a bowl.
    • Fold the turkey into the tomato-olive mixture, adding as much as can be covered by the paste.

    Optional: warm

    • If desired, briefly warm the filling in a pan over medium heat for 1–2 minutes until heated through.

    Assemble

    • Place some filling on a tortilla.
    • Wrap the tortilla tightly around the filling and place the exposed edge face-down to keep it closed.

    Bake and rest

    • Place the wraps on an ungreased baking sheet with the seam side down.
    • Bake in the preheated oven at 175 °C (350 °F) for about 15 minutes until they start to brown.
    • Let the wraps cool briefly so the exterior cools while the inside remains hot, then serve.
