  • 300 gTofu
  • 20 gSoy sauce
  • 24 gOlive oil
  • 10 gRapeseed oil
  • 2 gTurmeric
  • 3 gPaprika powder
  • 10 gNutritional yeast
  • 10 gChives
  • 6 gSalt
  • 2 gPepper

    Prep the potatoes

    • Wash potatoes and slice thinly
    • Pat the potatoes very dry

    • Peel the onions
    • Slice onions into thin strips

    Fry the potatoes

    • Heat oil in a large skillet
    • Spread potatoes in an even layer
    • Fry over medium-high heat until crispy
    • Turn several times
    • Season with salt and pepper

    • Add onions to the skillet

    • Reduce heat if needed

    • Stir in soy sauce
    • Cook briefly
