- 300 gPizza dough
- 135 mlTomato sauce
- 30 mlOlive oil
- 150 gMozzarella
- 30 gParmesan
- 120 gBell pepper
- 80 gOnion
- 100 gMushroom
- 150 gCherry tomato
- 50 gOlives
- 1 pcsGarlic
- 1 tspOregano
- 0.5 tspSalt

Prepare
- Preheat the oven to 240 °C (450 °F / Gas 9).
- Place a baking tray or pizza stone in the oven to heat.

Prepare dough and sauce
- Finely chop the garlic (optional) and mix into the tomato sauce if using.
- Brush the surface of the pre-made pizza crust with olive oil.

Top the pizza
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough and sprinkle with oregano if desired.
- Distribute mozzarella and parmesan evenly over the sauce.
- Arrange bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, halved cherry tomatoes and olives over the cheese. Press toppings down slightly or secure with extra cheese/sauce if needed.

Bake
- Place the pizza on the preheated tray or stone.
- Bake until the crust is deep golden to slightly dark brown (about 12–15 minutes for a pre-made crust).

Rest and serve
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it rest 3–5 minutes.
- Slice and serve hot.
