Ingredients

  • 300 gPizza dough
  • 135 mlTomato sauce
  • 30 mlOlive oil
  • 150 gMozzarella
  • 30 gParmesan
  • 120 gBell pepper
  • 80 gOnion
  • 100 gMushroom
  • 150 gCherry tomato
  • 50 gOlives
  • 1 pcsGarlic
  • 1 tspOregano
  • 0.5 tspSalt
  • 0.25 tspPepper

Instructions

    Prepare

    • Preheat the oven to 240 °C (450 °F / Gas 9).
    • Place a baking tray or pizza stone in the oven to heat.

    Prepare dough and sauce

    • Finely chop the garlic (optional) and mix into the tomato sauce if using.
    • Brush the surface of the pre-made pizza crust with olive oil.

    Top the pizza

    • Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough and sprinkle with oregano if desired.
    • Distribute mozzarella and parmesan evenly over the sauce.
    • Arrange bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, halved cherry tomatoes and olives over the cheese. Press toppings down slightly or secure with extra cheese/sauce if needed.

    Bake

    • Place the pizza on the preheated tray or stone.
    • Bake until the crust is deep golden to slightly dark brown (about 12–15 minutes for a pre-made crust).

    Rest and serve

    • Remove the pizza from the oven and let it rest 3–5 minutes.
    • Slice and serve hot.
