  • 180 mlWater
  • 3 gSalt
  • 200 gCucumber
  • 60 gOnion
  • 15 gParsley
  • 1 pcsLemon
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 tspMustard
  • 1 gPepper
  • 160 gTuna
  • 20 gCapers

Instructions

    Let couscous swell

    • Put couscous into a bowl
    • Pour over boiling water
    • Cover and let it swell
    • Fluff with a fork and let cool

    Chop the vegetables

    • Wash and dice the cucumber
    • Peel and finely chop the onion
    • Wash and chop the parsley

    Whisk lemon dressing

    • Juice the lemon
    • Whisk olive oil with lemon juice
    • Stir in the mustard
    • Season with pepper

    Finish the salad

    • Drain and flake the tuna
    • Drain the capers
    • Combine couscous with vegetables and capers
    • Fold in the dressing
    • Let rest briefly and adjust seasoning
