- 1 tbspOlive oil
- 4 pcsThyme
- 1 pcsLemon
- 60 mlFish broth

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
- Place the halibut fillet in the center of a shallow baking dish or on a sheet pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil and fish stock. Add thyme sprigs and lemon slices on and around the fillet. Sprinkle with black pepper.
- Cover the dish with parchment paper and loosely with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, until the flesh flakes easily with a fork.
- Optional: Remove thyme sprigs before serving and squeeze a little extra lemon juice over the fish to taste.
