  • 300 gBeef
  • 350 gBroccoli
  • 150 gBell pepper
  • 2 pcsGreen onion
  • 400 gShirataki noodles
  • 2 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1 tbspRice vinegar
  • 1 tspSesame oil
  • 1 tbspRapeseed oil
  • 10 gGinger
  • 2 cloveGarlic
  • 2 tspSesame
  • 1 tspPepper
  • 90 mlWater

    Mix the sauce

    • Stir soy sauce with water
    • Finely grate ginger and stir in
    • Press garlic and stir in
    • Stir in rice vinegar and sesame oil
    • Season with pepper

    Prepare the noodles

    • Rinse the noodles
    • Drain well in a sieve
    • Heat briefly in a dry pan
    • Set aside

    Cut the vegetables

    • Cut broccoli into florets
    • Slice pepper into strips
    • Slice spring onions

    Sear the beef

    • Heat the pan until very hot
    • Sear the beef briefly
    • Remove and keep warm

    • Stir-fry broccoli in the pan
    • Steam briefly with a little water
    • Add pepper and stir-fry briefly

    Finish the stir-fry

    • Return beef to the pan
    • Pour in sauce and reduce briefly
    • Toss in noodles and heat through
    • Top with spring onions and sesame
