- 200 gSugar snap pea
- 2 tspSesame oil
- 4 pcsGreen onion
- 15 gCoriander
- 150 gSalmon
- 100 gPretzel
- 3 tbspSoy sauce
- 1 tbspHoney
- 1 tbspLemon juice
- 1 tbspPeanut oil

Prepare noodles and sugar snaps
- Put the rice noodles into a large bowl and pour over enough boiling water to cover them.
- Add the sliced sugar snap peas and leave for 4 minutes.
- Drain in a colander, rinse under cold running water to cool, then drain again.
- Return to the bowl and toss with the sesame oil.

Make dressing and finish the bowl
- Whisk together soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, peanut oil, finely chopped garlic and grated ginger until the honey dissolves.
- Pile spring onions, coriander and the flaked hot-smoked salmon onto the noodles.
- Pour the dressing over and toss everything together.
- Serve with pretzels or a bread roll.
