- 160 gRamen noodle
- 300 gChicken breast
- 120 mlRapeseed oil
- 120 mlRice vinegar

Prepare
- Shred or thinly slice the cabbage.
- Pick and roughly chop the cilantro leaves and slice the green onions into thin rings.
- Shred or slice the cooked chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

Add nuts & ramen
- Add the almonds and sunflower seeds to the cabbage mixture.
- Break up the ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets or keep one for the dressing) and stir them into the salad.

Make the dressing
- Whisk together the oil, rice vinegar and one packet of ramen seasoning.
- Stir in sugar, salt and pepper and adjust to taste.

Toss & rest
- Pour the dressing over the salad, toss well and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Let the salad sit for about 60 minutes to absorb the flavors, then serve.
