  • 200 gEdamame
  • 2 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1 tspSesame oil

    • Thinly slice the red cabbage
    • Halve the cucumber and slice thinly
    • Peel and coarsely grate the carrots
    • Slice the bell pepper into thin strips
    • Roughly chop the cilantro
