  • 10 gMint
  • 50 gPeanut butter
  • 20 gPeanut
  • 1 pcsLime
  • 1 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1 cloveGarlic
  • 1 tbspRapeseed oil
  • 1 tspTurmeric
  • 1 tspCoriander
  • 1 tspChili flakes
  • 1 tspSalt

  • 60 mlWater

    Season the chicken

    • Pat the chicken dry
    • Season with salt and pepper
    • Rub with turmeric and ground coriander

    • Whisk peanut butter with water until smooth
    • Stir in lime juice
    • Stir in soy sauce
    • Finely grate garlic and stir in
    • Add chili flakes to taste

    • Halve the cucumber lengthwise
    • Slice into half-moons
    • Dice the pepper finely
    • Roughly chop cilantro
    • Roughly chop mint

    • Heat the pan
    • Pan-fry until golden
    • Rest briefly
    • Slice into strips

    Combine and serve

    • Add salad ingredients to a bowl
    • Fold in the dressing
    • Arrange chicken on top
