  • 1 tspVanilla extract

  • 300 gApple
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • 1 tspCinnamon
  • 60 mlWater
  • 10 gButter
  • 10 gPowdered sugar

Instructions

    Mix the batter

    • Whisk eggs with milk and salt
    • Stir in flour until smooth
    • Mix in sugar and vanilla
    • Let the batter rest briefly

    Cook the compote

    • Peel, core, and dice the apples
    • Add apples with lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar to a pot
    • Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat until soft
    • Mash lightly with a fork and keep warm

    Fry the pancakes

    • Heat the pan over medium heat
    • Melt the butter
    • Pour batter in portions into the pan
    • Cook until golden and flip
    • Finish cooking and keep warm
