  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • 1 tspLemon zest
  • 0.5 tspCinnamon
  • 300 gQuark
  • 150 gYogurt
  • 1 tspVanilla extract
  • 1 tbspHoney
  • 15 gPoppy seed
  • 10 gWalnut

Instructions

    Prepare the plums

    • Wash and pit the plums
    • Slice into wedges
    • Toss with cinnamon and lemon juice

    Mix the quark cream

    • Stir quark with yogurt until smooth
    • Mix in vanilla and sweetener
    • Fold in lemon zest

    Fold in poppy

    • Briefly fold in the poppy seeds
    • Adjust sweetness to taste

    • Divide the quark cream between two bowls
    • Top with the plums
    • Optionally sprinkle with nuts and serve right away
