  • 45 mlOlive oil
  • 3 pcsGarlic
  • 400 gShrimp
  • 30 mlSherry
  • 10 gParsley

    Preparation

    • Peel and finely chop or slice the garlic. Coarsely chop the parsley.
    • If frozen, thaw prawns and pat dry.

    Sautéing

    • Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
    • Add the garlic slices and fry for a few seconds until fragrant (do not burn).
    • Stir in the prawns and cook 2–3 minutes until they start to turn pink.
  3. 3

    Finish

    • Pour over the dry sherry and cook 1–2 minutes more until prawns are cooked through.
    • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
