  • 200 gTofu
  • 1 pcsBell pepper
  • 1 pcsZucchini
  • 2 pcsCarrot
  • 2 pcsGreen onion
  • 1 cloveGarlic
  • 10 gGinger
  • 2 tbspSoy sauce
  • 1 tspSesame oil
  • 2 tspSesame
  • 1 pcsLime
  • 60 mlWater

Instructions

    Slice vegetables

    • Seed and slice the bell pepper into strips
    • Halve the zucchini and slice into half-moons
    • Peel and julienne the carrots
    • Slice spring onions into rings
    • Finely chop the garlic
    • Finely grate the ginger

    Sear tofu

    • Pat tofu dry and cube it
    • Heat the pan on high
    • Sear tofu until golden

    Stir-fry

    • Briefly sauté garlic and ginger
    • Stir-fry vegetables until crisp-tender
    • Stir in the sauce and simmer briefly
    • Fold in tofu
    • Season with lime juice
