Preparation
- Combine feta, chicken, Greek yogurt sauce and finely chopped oregano in a bowl. Set aside.
- Brush one side of each tortilla lightly with olive oil.
- Place about 1/4 of the chicken mixture along the long side of each tortilla (on the unbrushed side) and roll up tightly.
- Arrange the wraps on a board, sprinkle with additional chopped oregano and serve cold.
