- Preheat the oven.
- Brush the baguette slices with melted butter and arrange on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 200 °C for about 8 minutes until golden and crisp. Remove and cool.

- Combine chopped pecans and peanut oil in a blender or food processor.
- Process until a smooth, spreadable paste forms. Season with salt.

- Spread cream cheese on the cooled toasts.
- Top each with an apple slice and a brie slice.
- Add a dollop of pecan butter and garnish with a pecan half.

- Return the assembled toasts to the baking sheet and warm in the oven until the brie softens (about 30–60 seconds).
- Serve immediately while warm or lukewarm.
