    • Clean mushrooms and slice them
    • Finely dice the shallot
    • Finely chop the garlic
    • Finely chop the parsley

    • Heat a skillet over high heat
    • Melt the butter
    • Sear mushrooms in batches until golden
    • Briefly sauté shallot and garlic
    • Season with salt and pepper

    • Stir herbs into the mushrooms
    • Crumble goat cheese on top
    • Let it melt briefly
    • Adjust with lemon juice
