  • 200 gBerry
  • 30 gAlmond
  • 16 gChia seeds
  • 20 gHoney
  • 1 tspVanilla extract
  • 2 tbspWater

    • Wash berries and drain well
    • Halve any large berries

    Stir skyr smooth

    • Add skyr to a bowl
    • Stir in vanilla
    • Thin with a little water if needed

    Toast toppings

    • Toast almonds in a dry pan
    • Let cool briefly

    Assemble bowl

    • Divide skyr between two bowls
    • Top with berries
    • Sprinkle with almonds and chia seeds
    • Drizzle with honey
