  • 2 tspBell pepper

  • 15 gParsley
  • 150 mlChicken broth
  • 1 tbspOlive oil

    Prepare

    • Preheat the oven to 190 °C (170 °C fan).
    • Put all ingredients into a large, wide ovenproof dish.
    • Mix everything together with your hands and season with salt and pepper.

    Bake

    • Bake for 45 minutes, stirring the onions after 20 minutes.
    • Bake until the chicken is golden and the onions are tender.
    • Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. Serve with rice.
