  • 200 mlWater
  • 80 gWheat semolina
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 20 gHoney
  • 20 gButter

    • Wash and pit the plums
    • Cut the plums into wedges

    • Add plums, sugar, and lemon juice to a pot
    • Add cinnamon and vanilla
    • Bring to a boil and simmer until soft
    • Lightly mash if desired
    • Let cool briefly

    • Stir just before it boils
