  • 250 gFlour
  • 110 gSugar
  • 12 gBaking powder
  • 40 gChocolate
  • 1 pcsEgg
  • 60 mlOil
  • 60 mlMilk
  • 250 gBanana
  • 1.5 gSalt

Instructions

    Dry ingredients

    • Measure flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips into a large bowl and mix.
    • Make a well in the center of the dry mixture.

    Mix wet ingredients

    • Beat the egg in a small bowl until slightly frothy.
    • Stir in the cooking oil, milk, and mashed bananas.

    Finish batter

    • Pour wet ingredients into the well of the dry ingredients.
    • Stir just until moistened; batter will be lumpy.
    • Fill greased muffin cups or paper liners ¾ full.

    Bake

    • Preheat oven to 205 °C.
    • Bake 15–20 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
    • Cool briefly in the tin, then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
