- 20 mlSoy sauce
- 20 mlRapeseed oil
- 40 gCornstarch
- 30 gOnion
- 5 gGarlic
- 2 gBell pepper
- 3 gVegetable broth

Preparation
- Boil potatoes in their skins in salted water until almost tender (still slightly firm).
- Drain, let steam off briefly, peel and mash while still hot.

Mixing
- Stir soy sauce and vinegar into the hot mashed potatoes.
- Work in rapeseed oil and cornflour until the mixture is thick and even (similar consistency to peanut butter).

Season
- Stir in onion, garlic, paprika, vegetable stock powder, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Adjust seasoning with more soy sauce, vinegar or paprika if desired.

Shape and Serve
- Press the mixture into a lightly oiled small round mould and smooth the top.
- Cool, then unmould and serve as a spread or in slices.
