- 0.3 gSalt
- 1.5 tspVanilla extract
- 0.5 tspLemon extract
- 1 tbspCinnamon
- 0.5 tspNutmeg
- 3 tbspCocoa
- 3 tbspCoffee
- 10 gBaking powder
- 300 gFlour

Prepare dough
- Lightly beat the eggs in a large bowl to break the yolks.
- Add the softened butter (or shortening) and mix until the mixture is loose.
- Stir in the sugar and salt.
- Mix in the vanilla and lemon extracts, coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg and cocoa powder until even.
- Add the baking powder and gradually add the flour until you have a dough that can be shaped without sticking too much to your hands.

Shape and bake
- Shape the dough into balls (about walnut-sized) and place them on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Top each cookie generously with cinnamon-sugar.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
- Remove from oven, let cool briefly on the sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
