Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Remove and finely chop the mushroom stems; set caps aside.

Make the filling
- In a bowl, combine the chopped mushroom stems with the vegetable soup mix, crab meat, sour cream, breadcrumbs, dill, hot pepper sauce and pepper. Mix well.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Stuff and bake
- Arrange the mushroom caps on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Stuff each cap with the crab mixture and brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C, until tender and lightly golden.
