  • 20 gSoup mix
  • 220 gCrab meat
  • 120 mlSour cream
  • 24 gBreadcrumbs
  • 3 gDill
  • 0.6 gChili sauce
  • 0.5 gPepper
  • 28 gButter

    Preparation

    • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
    • Remove and finely chop the mushroom stems; set caps aside.

    Make the filling

    • In a bowl, combine the chopped mushroom stems with the vegetable soup mix, crab meat, sour cream, breadcrumbs, dill, hot pepper sauce and pepper. Mix well.
    • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

    Stuff and bake

    • Arrange the mushroom caps on a lightly greased baking sheet.
    • Stuff each cap with the crab mixture and brush the tops with melted butter.
    • Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C, until tender and lightly golden.
