Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix together the mustard, butter and dried sage.
- Add the apple juice, shredded cheddar and pepper, and stir well.
- Add the softened cream cheese and blend until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Before serving, let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes to soften.
- Spread on bread slices and serve (milk to drink optional).
