  • 1 pcsApple
  • 1 pcsCarrot
  • 30 gSunflower seed

  • 10 gHoney
  • 1 tspCinnamon

Instructions

    Prepare fruit and veg

    • Wash, core and dice the apple
    • Peel and finely grate the carrot
    • Juice the lemon

    Mix the base

    • Add cottage cheese to a bowl
    • Stir in lemon juice and honey until smooth
    • Season with cinnamon
    • Balance with a pinch of salt

    Assemble and serve

    • Fold in apple and carrot
    • Toast sunflower seeds briefly in a dry pan
    • Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top
    • Serve immediately or chill briefly
