- 1.25 gWorcestershire sauce
- 1.25 gSalt
- 1.25 gPepper
- 25 gGreen onion
- 30 gBell pepper
- 360 gMushroom
- 20 gBacon
- 40 gBreadcrumbs

Prepare
- Preheat oven to 160–165 °C (325 °F).
- Clean mushrooms, remove stems carefully and chop stems finely for the filling.

Make the filling
- Soften the cream cheese and place in a bowl or food processor.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and mix briefly until combined.
- Fold in chopped bacon, chopped mushroom stems, diced green onions and diced green pepper.

Breadcrumb topping
- Mix the breadcrumbs with just enough butter to hold them together.

Stuff and bake
- Stuff the mushroom caps with the prepared filling and top with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Bake 5 minutes until breadcrumbs are lightly browned and filling is hot. Serve warm.
