  • 400 gFlour
  • 60 gButter
  • 120 gSugar
  • 120 gMilk chocolate
  • 120 gWhite chocolate
  • 100 gEgg
  • 124 gMilk
  • 120 gOrange juice
  • 6 gOrange zest

    Preparation

    • Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
    • Sift the flour into a large bowl.

    Make the batter

    • Cut the butter into small pieces and rub into the flour with your fingertips until crumbly.
    • Stir in the sugar and both types of chocolate chips.
    • Add the lightly beaten eggs, the milk, the orange juice and the orange zest.
    • Mix until just combined; do not overmix.

    Baking

    • Grease a muffin tin or line with paper cups.
    • Spoon heaped tablespoons of batter into the tin.
    • Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and a skewer comes out clean.
    • Cool briefly in the tin, then transfer to a rack.
